Anneliese Louise van der Pol was born in Holland. She is a famous American performer, actor and film producer. She is well-known for her work in the theatre and also her role in the role of Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel series That's So Raven and its spin-off Raven's Home. In 2006 she recorded a cover version of the classic Disney track Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon for an edition of Disneymania. She has recorded a variety of songs from the stage production, including A Change in Me.
