Gilbert has played the role as Leslie Winkle in 'The Big Bang Theory' as well as playing the character she's most well-known for on the 'Roseanne' series. After realizing that she is homosexual, Gilbertchose not to speak about her personal lives in public. She was in a relationship with Johnny Galecki, her actor co-star in the early years of her career. However, she realized her sexuality. She then went on to engage in an affair with the producer Allison Adler.After the breakup right before the airing on her talk program, Sara Gilbert came out publicly. From 2014 to 2019she was a bride to singer-songwriter Linda Perry.
