Becki Newton

Becki was born in Guilford Connecticut. When she was 13, she began performing in plays at the local theater and during summer Stock Theatre. Her studies included many years of European History in the University of Pennsylvania. Becki was immediately moved to NYC upon graduation, in order to take on Broadway. She's been featured in several national commercials, guest-starring and in recurring roles like Cold Case (2003) and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1998), American Dreams (2002) and got Amanda's part on Ugly Betty (2007). She's married to actress Chris Diamantopoulos, and her brother is actor Matt Newton. If I consider the most beautiful women I think of supermodels, but they're not. It's a blessing that I'm not worrying about events on the red carpet or work, since I'm not an expert. But, I'm not afraid to take chances in the realm of beauty. It's a pleasure to be glamorous!
